Project Description

This 46,000 square foot commercial office building was a former meat packing warehouse and was secured financing with a conventional real estate commercial loan. This building was once 100% occupied by Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services. It is now serving as the home of a charter school, Early College Academy, with over 160 children enrolled. This project was completed in November 1999.
